At Divyayog Ashram, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. The following policy clearly outlines our refund and return procedures for digital products, services, and physical items.
1. Digital Products (E-books, Courses, PDFs, Video Content)
All our digital products such as e-books, PDFs, audio or video courses are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
Please ensure you read all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us.
2. Online Services (Mantra Chanting, Pujas, Havans, Sadhanas, Personal Consultations)
All these services are prepaid and are based on faith and devotion.
Once a service is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation from the customer’s end.
If the service could not be delivered due to any technical error or fault on our side, you may email us, and we will provide a suitable resolution.
3. Physical Products (Mala, Yantras, Rudraksha, Sadhana Kits, etc.)
If you receive a product in damaged condition or receive the wrong product, please email us within 3 working days of delivery.
For returns:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The customer must ship the product back to us at their own expense.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
All spiritual items, energized/siddha products, mantra-infused yantras, or any product that has been specially ritually empowered are non-returnable.
5. Refund Process (If Eligible)
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- There may be slight delays due to bank processing or payment gateway timelines.
